Organic Spicy Oven Fries

Oven fries are a big hit in my house. They easy, fast and add a special kick to any meal.




6 Small Organic Red Potatoes

1tsp. Cayenne Pepper

1tsp Ground Ginger

Salt & Pepper

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Clean potatoes thoroughly and cut into fries, leaving skin on. Place into a small bowl and add dry ingredients.

Drizzle in olive oil and toss until all potatoes are coated with spicy mixture. Spread across a wax paper lined ( easy clean up) cookie sheet.

Bake in oven for approximately 25 minutes on 375 until crisp. Enjoy with ketchup and your favorite sandwich and soup combo.

In the photo below spicy potatoes are accompined by a vermont cheddar grilled cheese with fresh tomato and good ol’ fashioned tomato soup.  

If spicy isn’t your thing opt for fresh rosemary, sea salt and black pepper.
