One question lots of people ask me is, how the hell do I store it ?
Well it’s quite simple.
1. Remove tofu from the package.
2. Use whatever you need for your recipe.
3. Toss the tofu into a plastic storage container with a wee bit of water. And when I say wee, I mean an itty-bit of water. Like no more and 5 tablespoons. The water is there to keep the tofu moist.
4. Place in the fridge and use within 3-5 business days.
