As Christmas looms I have been busy planning gifts and putting off decorating the house. Been very tired!
In any case, wanted to report on the fabulous vegan thanksgiving my husband and I attended in Brookline at My Thai Vegetarian.
The meal started with 5 crispy cigars of garlic marinated tofu rolled into a wrapper and fried. It was served with an appley plum sauce.
The second course was a phenomenal squash and coconut soup chock full of clear noodles and sauteed tofu.

My main course was a goregous menagerie of vegetables with pumpkin and tofu in a light coconut curry sauce served in pumpkin. Nice presentation…
